Welcome to Joyful Journey! Yes this is one of those touchy-feely self-help type communities. Sort of. I'm starting this because I need to put more effort into keeping my own perspective centered on the things that are important to me and make me happy. I thought other people might have the same need and maybe we could support each other. This is a place to post thoughts, projects, suggestions and progress reports on what helps to bring you peace and maintain your focus. I'm not going to require anybody to do anything, but I will make assignments from time to time and I would like everybody to post once a week five things they are grateful for. Once you use up the obvious family, home, job, etc options in the first few weeks, you'll be surprised how you find yourself noticing the little things that you are glad you have.
